1958 model brought the second re-design of the first generation and for the first time, it featured dual headlights, also, uniquely for the year was the "wash-board" hood and the Chrome spears on the trunk.  All these combined with the contrasting look of the painted side coves make for stunning appearance recommending this vintage as the quintessential collectable.

This particular example features the combo to have, Red with White Coves.   It sustained a thorough complete off-frame restoration between 1994 and 1999 when all was addressed: frame, engine rebuilt, new brakes and lines, new paint, new interior... 

Engine is a correct appearing 283 (non original), endowed with a mild cam, putting out an estimated 240 HP.  

Car was driven approx. 1000 miles since restoration and it is described as 9-10 point car.  All is in working order with the exception of the speedometer, tachometer and wiper motor.
