The current owner of this Sting Ray Coupe has taken very good care of it since 1973.  Over the years he has kept up with the mechanical repairs and installed new carpet and seat covers.

Options on this Stingray include: • 300hp engine • Powerglide transmission • AM/FM radio • Power steering • Power brakes • Power windows. The original paint color was Silver Blue. It is now silver.

Mechanically speaking the Corvette runs strong and is the perfect Corvette for cruising around town or the highways. It is optioned with the Powerglide transmission. Less than ten percent of the 1964 Corvette total production was ordered with the Powerglide transmission. 

This 1964 Corvette is numbers matching. The engine pad shows the VIN and the assembly date of F0527SD. If you check the suffix “SD”, you will see it translates to 300hp with automatic transmission.

The owner states the frame is solid with no repairs or structural issues. Actually, the Corvette  looks to have been undercoated when new. The body appears to have factory original panels according to the owner. The chrome and stainless trim are reported to be in nice condition.
