This Black with Oyster 1979 Corvette appears to have a numbers matching L-48 engine that is mated to a Turbo Hydra-Matic transmission. The engine has never been overhauled during its 67,373 miles of use (documented).

The factory options include:  L-48 engine. Turbo Hydra-Matic transmission. Tilt and telescoping steering column. Air conditioning (blows cold). Power brakes. Power steering. Power windows. Power antenna. Rear window defogger. An aftermarket radio. Convenience group (interior lighting). Custom interior with leather seating surfaces. Front and rear spoilers. The original AM/FM Stereo with 8 track is included with the sale.

This nice two-owner Corvette can give you lots of driving pleasure as you cruise down the highway. The owner has upgraded the rear spring to fiberglass for a better ride.

She also replaced the alternator, battery, and radiator. The brakes have been redone recently and new shocks installed in all four corners.  The exhaust system is old but in good condition. The frame appears structurally sound with no visible evidence of repair. The tires are in good condition having about fifty percent tread remaining.

Unfortunately, the paint has checked extensively on the hood and front fender tops. You will also see some paint checking near the door handles. The front and rear bumpers and headlight covers were recently repainted and look very nice. Other body panels on the Vette look good.

The owner reports her Corvette performs and handles great and has been very reliable. But, it is time for someone else to enjoy the Vette.
