This classic Split Window Corvette still has its original driveline. The 327/250hp engine is mated to a 4-speed (M20) transmission and standard differential. The numbers do match and the odometer reads just 45,534 verified miles.

It is obvious this Corvette has been seldom driven in order to preserve its condition and protect its investment potential. To further enhance the value and historical significance of this Corvette, a record of the owner history is available.

As you view the photos, you will notice a majority of the parts, fasteners, stamps, labels, etc. on this beautiful Riverside Red Corvette are factory correct and appear original. The paint, chrome, glass, interior and even the weather stripping all look original. The owner states the Corvette appears to have all its original fiberglass panels. Look closely at the wheels and wheel covers.  They are original as well.

The current owner has been caretaker of this Sting Ray since 1984. The engine was given a general overhaul around 1995 with only a .030 over bore. The original external parts were refreshed and reassembled. The engine runs like new and does not leak fluids.

The trim plate identifies the paint as 923A (Riverside Red). The Red vinyl interior is also the correct 490L code. Original documentation includes original bill of sale, Owner’s Manual, Chevrolet salesman business card, owners’ history, and the radio brochure.
