It has NOT been frame-off or body-on restored but it has been refreshed. The overall condition of this 1967 Corvette convertible is a strong number three.

Yes, this Sting Ray convertible is privately owned. He states the numbers matching engine, transmission, and rear differential appear factory original. In fact, many of the original parts are still attached. 

The code matching Sunfire Yellow paint was applied in 1991 and has been well preserved. All the chrome and stainless trim is bright and in very good condition. The chrome bumpers are new but the originals are available.

The windshield and side glass are very nice. The date codes on the side windows appear factory original.

The chassis and everything bolted to it is also very well preserved. You will see the patina of aging and some light surface oxidation. The frame appears very solid with no noticeable evidence of frame structural damage or repair. 

This desirable 1967 Corvette convertible is in very good mechanical condition. As you would expect, the numbers matching 327/350hp Corvette is fast. No doubt its performance and handling will put a big smile on your face. 

The odometer shows just 48,290 miles and could very well be original based on the owner’s records. The center console and the brake, clutch, and gas pedals show a wear pattern indicative of the odometer reading.
