This car comes from a private collection and is very thoroughly documented with the original Protect-O-Plate, delivery paperwork, tank sticker, fairly complete ownership trail, lots of receipts and paperwork.

First delivered in Iowa, it spend most of its life in Southern California and Florida.  Original equipment as follows:

• standard 350/200 engine,
• 4-speed M20 wide ratio Muncie HD tranny
• 3.36 positraction
• hard top
• AM/FM radio with 8-track player

Engine has the VIN stamped and correct suffix and appears to be the original one.   Has the original lacquer paint, chrome, glass including very minute features that survived the years:

• tags on springs and master cylinder wire
• original GM part number tag on the coolant recovery tank
• RF ink stamp code on alternator
• all original deep grove pulleys
• #7 inspection sticker on coolant recovery tank
  

Car sports new original Firestone Wide Oval tires, NOS, not reproduction, dated 1972 correct as per tank sticker which stipulates F70-15 tires.  Hard top retains the original lacquer paint.  Soft top is in good condition and appears original.  Seat covers were replaced, carpet seems of newer vintage too.

All in all, this Corvette recommends itself as a respectable show car, great survivor and NCRS candidate.  It is in excellent mechanical shape, all in working order including the buzzer.  Sorry, we didn't test the factory alarm.
