This TRIPLE CROWN WINNER 1966 Corvette coupe has its original driveline. The 327/300hp engine is mated to a 4-speed (M20) transmission and Positraction rear end with 3.70 gears. The engine, transmission, and rear differential have never been apart. ALL the numbers absolutely match and the odometer reads just 23,315 verified miles.

As you can surmise, this Corvette is not driven in order to preserve its condition and protect its investment value. To further enhance the value and historical significance of this Corvette, a record of the owner history and the Protecto-Plate have also been preserved.

Except for the battery and tires, all the parts, fasteners, stamps, labels, etc., on this beautiful Laguna Blue Corvette are factory correct. You will see the frame markings are still there, too.

This definitely is a number one non-driven 1966 Corvette Sting Ray survivor coupe. Remember, it has received NCRS Regional Top Flight, Bloomington Gold Certification, and the Vettefest Gold Spinner and Triple Crown Awards!

Recently, this Corvette returned home after a yearlong stay at the National Corvette Museum Hall of Fame and Route 66 Display. Perhaps you saw it there?

The factory original (code 978) Laguna Blue lacquer is still there and showing off its beautiful hue. Yes, it matches the 414 trim code.
