The paint correct according to trim plate, code 980, is virtually flawless with the exception of a blemish on the front passenger side fender as seen in pics.  Chrome is integral with no signs of wear or pitting.  Interior is the correct Blue Vinyl, code 418, as stipulated on the trim tag: carpet, seat covers, dash door panels, all in great shape.  Gauges and instruments are functional, except clock.  Check out the correct Teakwood steering wheel, a factory option, with only 14% ordered this way. Headlights work as they should.  Undercarriage is clean.

Under the hood sits a correct 427 engine with a CE block, dated May 68, 2-bolt main, square port heads, \"321\" casting, likely a dealer warranty replacement, the closest one can get to a matching numbers engine today. It has aluminum intake, specific to the 425 HP rating, however, the tell tale signs indicate that the car was born with  the L36, 427/390 engine.  

It is dressed up as original and it performs flawlessly according to seller.   There are no power options... Engine is mated with a correct 4-speed manual transmission.
