Every once in a while we come across a fine example of a late C3 that is truly impressive such as today's offer.  Check out this beautiful 1981 Coupe which sustained an extensive and thorough restoration which, if you add all up, it is way above its asking price.

Let's start with this exquisite paint job.  It is not just an ordinary one, but, it appears that all the body panels were removed and paint was applied in a proper manner.  The result is an outstanding dual stage paint looking pretty much like on a new car.  The color is best described as a sort of Medium Red Metallic.  To compliment that, the interior is also new as follows: new seat covers, new carpet, new door panels, new steering wheel.  All gauges and instruments are functional... Tachometer received a new circuit board, but it appears not functional.

It is equipped with Power mirrors, power door locks (not operational), power driver seat, power mirrors, new weatherstripping.  A powerful aftermarket stereo gives you the right music for the road.

Exterior is very nicely adorned with original LOF glass Tops in excellent condition.  

Under the hood, it is powered by a GM 350 crate engine, rated at 260 HP.  Engine is fresh and runs great mated with the factory automatic transmission.  Engine compartment is nicely detailed.  AC system is new, fully functional and blows cold, vacuum system works as it should.  Heather works, defogger works.

Undercarriage is very clean, has polished aluminum wheels with new tires.  Brakes were redone. 

What you have here is a great value, the last of the non-electronic Corvettes, a car that is realistically "turn key".  Here is your chance to treat yourself with a beautiful Stingray and enjoy the Corvette life-style...
