This Corvette underwent a frame-on restoration awhile back. A previous owner took on that challenge. It certainly was done to a high quality standard because the Vette still looks great today. The red paint and interior are in wonderful condition. No rips. No tears. The dash pad and instrument panel look great. So does the carpet and convertible top!

The non-original engine in this Corvette is a 283 Chevy with a single four-barrel carburetor. You probably have noticed this Corvette has the 6000rpm tach. All 1958 Corvettes ordered with the dual four-barrer carbs would have a high RPM tach like in this one. You certainly can have that option to make the engine upgrade.

The chassis is very solid according to the owner. The exhaust system, suspension, and brakes are all in good working order. This classic beauty handles, rides and performs just like it did way back when.

In 1958, you did not have a very large options list. The original owner of this Corvette chose a 4-speed transmission, AM signal seeking radio and a courtesy light. Those wide white wall tires look period correct but are modern radials.

Of course, the current caretaker of this Corvette has carefully maintained the car. It is in top running condition and ready for you to enjoy. So if you want to experience some Corvette, here is your opportunity.
