This iconic Corvette has never been restored or repainted. It has its factory original Aztek lacquer paint and Beige vinyl interior. The odometer reading is at 48,567 miles and could be correct judging by the overall condition of this early C1 classic.

Of course, this is a numbers matching 1957 Corvette. The complete driveline appears factory original. As you review the photos, you’ll see many original parts are still there. Back in nineteen seventy-four, the current owner purchased this 1957 “fuelie” Corvette and became its caretaker ever since. He has done an outstanding job of preserving this Vette.

All the fiberglass body panels appear to be factory-original. The entire chassis is in very good condition and shows no evidence of repair. You will note the shocks and mufflers have been replaced. The owner reports this Vette is extremely fun to drive and has been properly maintained.

The options on this Corvette include: 283c.i./250hp fuel injected engine, Borg Warner 4-speed transmission, hardtop (color matching), positraction differential (3.70 ratio), heater, AM radio, and white wall tires.

Overall, this Corvette is in excellent mechanical condition and is ready for you to enjoy. The paint has aged but still looks great and should be preserved not restored. How many original 1957 “fuelies” are still around?
