In 2001, this Corvette was repainted (base/clear) matching the 986 code. The interior code indicates black vinyl but the seats have been recovered (previous owner) with black leather.

Looking in the engine bay you will see a 454 big block. Its 400+ horsepower is managed by a 4-speed Muncie transmission that has been rebuilt.

This 1966 Corvette does not have factory documentation of its big block configuration. However, you will see it has the correct factory gauges and chassis components for the 427/390 engine option.

The odometer shows 69,254+ miles and the owner states service records are available.

The current owner has been caretaker of this Corvette for many years. He has completed numerous mechanical repairs including: Rebuilt transmission. New clutch. New front and rear springs. New strut bushings and spindle bearings. New power steering shaft and bearings. New brake pads. New chambered exhaust system. And, new radial tires.

The owner states the frame and birdcage are solid with no rust issues.
