Vehicle Description:
THE
VETTE NET.com is a nationwide Corvette brokerage network and a proud Lifetime
Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. We are Corvette owners and
enthusiasts like you. Thanks for stopping by to look at this very special
custom 1965 Corvette Sting Ray coupe.
If you have been searching
for a midyear Corvette that grabs your attention and doesn’t let go, here it
is. No too radical but done just right to make it uniquely yours!
You must admit that bright
red paint with its subtle blue/purple-colored airbrushed flames is awesome! As
you would expect, the finish is top quality and it shows very well.
Of course, you can’t help
but notice the custom hood. It certainly makes a statement about this Corvette’s
performance doesn’t it?
That big hood bulge allows
room for an “All American” big block ZZ502 from GM Performance Parts. That
earth shaken’ V8 engine is fed by a Street Performance® Fuel Injection
system! This big block V8 outputs
520+ horsepower with a 567-torque spec (as rated by General Motors).
This impressive 1965
Corvette has the ability to keep you constantly smiling as you row through the
gears. Plus, it’s tame enough for cruising wherever you want to go.
No, this is not some wild
beast or built-for-racing Corvette. It has great road manners with a full
complement of Vette Brakes® suspension parts that give it great handling and a
comfortable ride! The frame is stock 1965 Corvette and is in excellent
condition. Now it’s your turn to enjoy.
The interior is 90% stock
and code correct (402AA). The custom Al Knoch seat covers are done in a
patriotic theme and make a statement about this Corvettes “All American”
heritage. Instrumentation looks to be factory original. That 6500-RPM red line
tachometer is definitely big block lineage.

1965 Corvette are:
