According to the seller, it has 69000 original miles which appears accurate considering the condition and history of the car.

All in all, this is a fine example of classic ready to place in your collection. 1962 was also a significant year in the history of the Corvette, marking the last year of the first generation, also dubbed the

This Corvette comes from a very passionate Corvette enthusiast, former president of the local club. It is painted Tasco Turquoise with White coves and has Blue interior. Car is in great condition having sustained a complete off-frame restoration in 1991, being driven only 67K miles since. THE VETTE NET.com is a nationwide Corvette brokerage network and a proud Lifetime Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. We are Corvette enthusiasts and owners like you. So, you will understand our excitement about this beautiful custom 1961 Corvette! It is a work of art executed to a very high quality standard.

The owner acquired this Corvette around 1989 with the intent of building a classic custom. He and his wife working as a team completed the build in 2007. It was a labor of love and they worked on the Vette as time permitted. As you can see the results are stunning.

Every component (large and small) on this Corvette was finished to a very high standard and many received a custom touch. The frame and all its components are as nice as the body and interior and very fitting for a show car.

The stunning Pearl White paint has to be viewed in person to fully experience its beauty. Following the meticulous prep of the body (including the underside), three coats of PPG DBU base coat was sprayed as the first layer. Next three coats of Pearl White were applied followed by three coats of clear. Cadillac red was the color selected for the side coves, engine and chassis. Add to that ample use of chrome and 24k gold plating and the result is one spectacular 1961 Corvette show car.

The 355ci Chevy engine will output near 500 horsepower when the nitrous is activated. Check out those Predator dual fours sitting on top of the Edelbrock manifold. Of course, the 4-speed tranny just adds to the fun factor when and if you decide to take a ride.

The interior was fully restored including the gauges. You’ll note the seats are not the original style but sure look more comfortable. Other details like the carpet have subtle changes but the owner wanted to keep the overall appearance of the interior close to factory stock.

If you are looking for an outstanding example of a custom 1961 Corvette, this is one you should seriously consider. In fact, it is one you should personally inspect.

THE VETTE NET.com is a nationwide Corvette brokerage network and a proud Lifetime Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. We are Corvette enthusiasts and owners like you. So, you will understand our excitement about this all-time classic 1957 Corvette! If you have been looking for a while, you know Black/Silver 1957 Corvettes in nice condition are hard to find – especially with the low production beige interior. Well search no further here is one you must see.

Back in nineteen ninety one, the current owner purchased this 1957 Corvette and became its caretaker. He has done an outstanding job!

The rare beige interior appears to be original and is in fabulous condition. No rips. No tears. Just a little patina to make a statement. The dash pad and instrument panel look beautiful as does the carpet.

The Onyx Black and Inca Silver paint was reapplied sometime in the eighties. Considering the paint’s age, it shows well even with the typical lacquer patina.

The factory 283/270HP engine was rebuilt from top to bottom and has been driven only 4,000 miles. It runs strong as you would expect. Row through the gears of the newer 4-speed and you’ll have a big smile on your face especially when you kick in the second four-barrel.

Many Corvette buyers back in 1957 paid $215.20 extra and selected the hardtop option. Think what this matching black hardtop is worth today. It is in excellent condition. The beige soft top is also very nice having been installed several years ago.

This 1957 Corvette is optioned with the hardtop, a 3-speed transmission (in storage), heater, an AM signal seeking radio, 270HP engine, white wall tires, Positraction (3.55 ratio), and two-tone exterior paint.

The Vette runs great and drives better than you would expect from a 1957 Corvette. No squeaks or rattles! So, if you want to put some Corvette nostalgia back in your life, here is your opportunity.

No matter where you live, delivery can be arranged anywhere worldwide at a reasonable cost. I am very experienced working with international Corvette enthusiasts and welcome all inquiries.

THE VETTE NET.com is a nationwide Corvette brokerage network and a proud Lifetime Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. We are Corvette enthusiasts and owners like you. So, you will understand our excitement about this classic 1962 Corvette! As you know, this was the last year for solid axle Corvettes and exposed headlights. While it is not a show car, this 1962 Corvette is a nice driver that can give you many years of driving pleasure.

The black interior compliments the very nice Roman Red paint. The white soft top looks good and the dash pad and instrument panel are in very good condition. The rest of the interior and the chrome could benefit from some restoration but that can be done later. Take the time to drive and enjoy the Vette first.

The 327ci engine is the same that was in the Corvette when purchased by its current owner about fourteen years ago. The engine runs strong and the exhaust note has the sound of performance. A previous owner has rebuilt the engine.

The 6500rpm redline on this Corvette’s tach is correct for a 340hp engine option. The engine pad has been milled and the important numbers have been mostly erased. Upon very close inspection of the pad, you can see some of the engine assembly date numbers and part of the suffix. Without the use of a strong magnifier or other means, it is difficult to determine if the suffix is the correct RE code for a 340 horsepower engine. The block casting date is J101 or October 10, 1961. That would be correct according to NCRS guidelines for a 1962 Corvette with a VIN 20867S102079.

This 1962 Corvette has a 4-speed transmission, positraction, and an AM signal seeking radio. It certainly is a nice driver representing the end of the C1 era. If you want to experience some Corvette nostalgia in your life, here is your opportunity. Don’t procrastinate.
